AdvanPrint is a cloud-based RFID encoding and printing system that comprises of four elements: RFID printer, AdvanScan handheld reader or a conventional computer, AdvanPrint software module (installed in AdvanScan or on the computer) and AdvanCloud cloud-based software.
AdvanPrint is optimised to accurately and efficiently print an encode labels for multiple trading applications. It is easy and quick to manage from any location around the globe through AdvanCloud (cloud-based software). It prints and encodes hundreds or thousands of RFID tags at retail stores, offices, distribution centres, warehouses or other spaces.
AdvanPrint offers a complete encoding solution. It can be managed with the AdvanScan handheld reader or with a conventional computer. AdvanPrint is a plug and play solution that does not require any external computer or installation. It only needs to be powered on and connected to WiFi or to Ethernet and it will start printing and encoding tags.
Cloud-based RFID encoding and printing system
The user opens the AvanPrint software module in AdvanScan and either scans a barcode, reads an RFID tag or manually enters the code for an item. AdvanScan then retrieved the information scanned from AdvanCloud (size, price, composition etc..) and sends this information to the RFID printer. The RFID tag is then printed and encoded. AdvanScan shows the information of he encoded items on its screen: name of item, description, seize, image etc.
The user opens the AdvanPrint software on the computer where it is installed or sends a print command from any other computer in the same network. Individual labels or large sets of labels can then be printed (by by dragging the codes, loading from a file or loading from a URL). AdvanPrint sends the information to the RFID printer and RFID tags are printed and encoded. AdvanPrint show the information of the encoded items on its screen: name of item, description, seize, image etc.
AdvanPrint is available for 3 printer models:
AdvanPrint small (Zebra ZD500r) for retail stores, small distribution centres, libraries etc…
AdvanPrint large (Zebra ZT400 and SATP CL4NX 203) for industrial environments (distribution centres, warehouses, factories etc…)
